Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your live appointment, Janine will require a minimum of 24 hours notice. No shows will be charged the full amount of their service cost. Refunds are not issued for cancellations however you may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments will be rescheduled but if the following appointment time is not kept, the service is cancelled and the service cost forfeited. All sales are final.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled reading time, it will result in the forfeiture of your reading and a cancellation fee of the purchase price of your reading. No shows will not be rescheduled and will result in the forfeiture of your reading and a cancellation fee of the purchase price of your reading.
Recorded sessions held on Youtube will be removed within 3 months.

How I work
Every reader approaches reading a little differently. First, make sure you have a question I can tune into. I will then connect to my guides who will then speak with your guides. My job will then be to translate your guides message to you.
You are having a soul journey so these readings are not going to give you the time and date you will meet your soul mate. Instead you will get something much more powerful. You will get information on why energetically you are not already with your soul mate. What blockages you may have to the career you are looking for.
